There are several reasons for this:
The white color reflects the sun’s rays. In this way, the plane heats up less.
The white color is chosen to minimize the potential damage caused by the radiation effect of the Sun. So roughly the same logic as we put sunscreen on our bodies.
It is aimed to easily detect structural damages such as deformations, oil leaks and cracks that occur due to physical contact in the visible parts of the exterior of the aircraft.
