Niloya is a Turkish animated cartoon series.

It is about the adventures of a little girl who lives in a village similar to a typical Black Sea village by the river. The cartoon, which started to be broadcast on Yumurcak TV screens on January 21, 2012, is one of Turkey’s first domestic cartoon characters. It is a thematic series that appeals to preschool children. Emphasis is placed on reflecting Turkish customs and traditions.
