Peppa Pig is the main character of the Peppa Pig series of the same name. She is a little pig with anthropomorphic features.
Her relatives known to her are hers her brother her George, her parents: Mama Pig and Daddy Pig, her uncles: Uncle Pig, Aunt Pig; and her grandparents: Grandma Pig and Grandpa Pig. When Peppa was born, Mama Pig and Daddy Pig moved into a new house. She always goes to a kindergarten, together with her best friend Suzy Oveja. She is 6 and a half years old, she is very happy and cheerful; but she sometimes wants to command and try to make everything go “”her way”” from her. She likes to jump in mud puddles, which she considers a talent. She is always sad when she doesn’t achieve her goal. Her character design was created by Neville Astley and Mark Baker.
Appearance
Her face color is light pink. Her cheeks are rosy, and her lips are hot pink. The color of her ears is light pink. Her pig’s snout is light pink. Her dress color is red and her shoe color is black.
Sketch
Peppa’s first sketch is very different from the current animation. In a conference, series producer Phil Davies clarified that Peppa was originally going to wear a blue flowered blouse, but the idea was immediately rejected due to her resemblance to her brother George. Besides that a series with her as the only character of her would appear in 1998 in mid-April. That sketch was published in a newspaper and was also featured on the internet. In 2000, Neville Astley and Mark Baker started redrawing some sketches and playing with some that were already done. Those were resulting in the current drawing of Peppa that has been seen since 2004. Prior to the premiere of the series in 2004, Phil Davies would add that Peppa would have pencil strokes and strong colors: like pale pink, the color of her face, and sealing wax, color that can be seen on his shirt.
